1. Postage

1.1 The Face People use both couriers and Royal Mail to despatch their products. Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched by the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. The average time for delivery is:

Standard – Estimated 3-5 working days from the date of postage. Not guaranteed. This is a free delivery service.

First Class – Normally delivers in 1-3 working days, but not guaranteed. The Face People charge a flat rate of £3 per package for this service. 

Next Day - The cost for Next Day Delivery is £10.00. Delivery will be made the next working day for orders placed before 12pm or the second working day for orders placed after 12pm. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

1.2 While requests for items to be left in particular locations if undelivered will be passed on to our couriers or Royal Mail, The Face People cannot compel them to honour those requests. The Face People will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of any such request.

2. Returns

2.1 The Face People will happily accept a return for any product provided it has not been opened, any seals are still in place and there has been no sign of damage. 

2.2 The Face People is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been opened or used.

2.3 You must send an email to sales@thefacepeople.com within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of your email.

2.4 No refund is available for any shipping cost paid when you placed your order. There will be no reimbursement for any shipping cost incurred in returning the goods. In particular, no shipping costs will be paid for items returned on account of superficial damage to packaging.

3. Exchanges

3.1 The Face People does not offer an exchange service. A separate order must be placed for any new item required.

4. How To Return

4.1 The Face People recommends that you use a traceable shipping method (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) to send any goods back. The Face People will not be held liable if this has not been done and the product is not received by us.
